Clifton Suits Club - Complimentary Alteration Service - Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer of a complimentary alteration is valid for one garment or accessory per client per calendar month.

2. This offer is applicable to items purchased either in-store or brought in from elsewhere for alteration services.

3. The complimentary alteration covers one of the following basic adjustments:

   3.1 Jacket

   • Take in side seams

   • Shorten sleeves

   3.2 Waistcoat

   • Take in side seams

   • Shorten sleeves

   3.1 Trousers

   • Shorten legs

   • Take in/Let out waist & seat

   3.1 Shirt

   • Take in side seams

   • Shorten sleeves

4. Complex alterations or extensive modifications beyond the scope of basic adjustments may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any work is undertaken.

5. The complimentary alteration service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

6. Alterations will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability of resources and the complexity of the requested modifications.

7. Clients are responsible if they are providing measurements and specifications for their alteration requests.

8. Any damage to items resulting from inaccurate measurements or specifications provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the store.

9. The store reserves the right to refuse or revoke the complimentary alteration service in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of the offer.

10. This offer is subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the store management without prior notice.

11. By availing of the complimentary alteration service, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
